What is Hell’s Fire?

1 Peter 4:12-13 - Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: but rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when His glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy. Matt 16:24 - Then said Jesus unto His disciples, If any man will come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. John 11:1 - He came unto His own, and His own received Him not. Luke 2:7 - …there was no room for them in the inn. They rejected Jesus, and they’ll reject you Matt 7:13-14 - Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. Just a few people are willing to suffer Mark 5:7 - Jesus, thou Son of the most high God? I adjure thee by God, that thou torment me not. Matt 8:12, Matt 13:42. Matt 13:50, Matt 22:13, Matt 24:51, Matt 25:30, Luke 13:28 - ...there shall be wailing/weeping and gnashing of teeth... Repent 1 Peter 4:14-15 - If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part He is evil spoken of, but on your part He is glorified. But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men's matters. Matt 5:21-22 -  Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment: …whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: …whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire. Matt 5:28 - Ye have heard that it hath been said, an eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth: Matt 5:44 - But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; 1 Peter 4:16  Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf. Psalms 24:9 - Lift up your heads, O ye gates; even lift them up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in. 1 Peter 4:17 - For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? James 1:22 - But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. Pro 4:26-27 - Ponder the path of thy feet, and let all thy ways be established. Turn not to the right hand nor to the left: remove thy foot from evil. Luke 9:62 - And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plow, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God. What is hell like? - Don't worry about it - Don't ever want to see it - Don't get interested in it - Replace it with wanting to know about heaven If we could feel hell, ...people might believe ...the church would be full Mark 9:43-44 - And if thy hand offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter into life maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched: where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched. Exo 3:5 - And he said, Draw not nigh hither: put off thy shoes from off thy feet, for the place whereon thou standest is holy ground. Mark 9:45 - And if thy foot offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter halt into life, than having two feet to be cast into hell… hell (according to Webster): - the abode of death - place of punishment for the wicked after death - evil spirits are there the devil does not take you to hell God disarmed the devil at the cross! 1 John 3:8 - He that committeth sin is of the devil...For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. The only somebody that can take us to hell is ourselves Job 11:5-6 - But oh that God would speak, and open his lips against thee; and that he would shew thee the secrets of wisdom, that they are double to that which is! Know therefore that God exacteth of thee less than thine iniquity deserveth. Matt 11:25 - …I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because Thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes. Luke 15:10 - …there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.
