THE BROTHER IS FREE!

Christ Church Worship - June 14, 2020

This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it. (Psalms 118:24)

By the grace of GOD only, THE BROTHER IS FREE!

Restore unto me the joy of THY salvation; and uphold me with THY free spirit. (Psalms 51:12)

…loose the bands of wickedness…undo the heavy burdens…let the oppressed go free…break every yoke (Isaiah 58:6)

…the truth shall make you free. If the SON therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. (John 8:32, 36)

Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of CHRIST, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward GOD, (Heb 6:1)

Men and brethren, what shall we do? Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of JESUS CHRIST for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the HOLY GHOST. (Acts 2:37-38)

Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment. (Heb 6:2)

A well made-up mind

If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of GOD, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. (James 1:5)

Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves. (St. Matthew 10:16)

But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. (James 1:6)

Today if ye will hear HIS voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation. (Hebrews 3:15, 4:7)

…I heard the voice of the LORD, saying, whom shall I send, and who will go for US? Then said I, Here am I; send me. (Isaiah 6:8)

If you got the devil under your feet, how can he get in?

For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the LORD. (James 1:7)

GOD cannot be deceived

Be not deceived; GOD is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. (Galatians 6:7)

And she said, As the LORD thy GOD liveth, I have not a cake, but an handful of meal in a barrel, and a little oil in a cruse: and, behold, I am gathering two sticks, that I may go in and dress it for me and my son, that we may eat it, and die. And Elijah said unto her, fear not; go and do as thou hast said: but make me thereof a little cake first, and bring it unto me, and after make for thee and for thy son. For thus saith the LORD GOD of Israel, the barrel of meal shall not waste, neither shall the cruse of oil fail, until the day that the LORD sendeth rain upon the earth.

And she went and did according to the saying of Elijah: and she, and he, and her house, did eat many days.

And the barrel of meal wasted not, neither did the cruse of oil fail, according to the word of the LORD… (1 Kings 17:12-16)

Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you 

And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. (St. Matthew 5:44, 6:12)

…lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For THINE is the Kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen. (St. Matthew 6:13)

And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise. (Luke 6:31)

A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. (John 13:24)

Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded… (Philippians 3:15)

He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the SON of GOD was manifested, that HE might destroy the works of the devil. Whosoever is born of GOD doth not commit sin; for HIS seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of GOD. (1 John 3:8-9)

If you do the right thing, you're going to be right

If you do the wrong thing, you're going to be wrong

Would to GOD ye could bear with me a little in my folly: and indeed bear with me. For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to CHRIST. But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in CHRIST. (2 Cor 11:1-3)

We preach the impossible for the possible:

it is impossible to be perfect,

it is impossible to live without sin

(with man)

but not with GOD!

The simplicity of CHRIST is plain

And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called the way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein. (Isaiah 35:8)

If we all would love one another, every church you went in

it would be the Body of CHRIST

A double minded man is unstable in all his ways. (James 1:8)

Seek GOD

Inspire each other

Keep testifying
